Ingredients to prepare this immune booster:
- one lemon
- one grapefruit
- 2-3 carrots
Squeeze out the lemon and the grapefruit. Cut the carrots and put them in a blender. After that put the grapefruit and the lemon juice in the blender too. Mix the ingredients together until you get an orange juice.
