Famous Institute of Technology published a survey that reveals how many minutes we need to train to see results. According to KIT, the answer is 120 minutes per week, i.e at least two hours during the week.
The survey included 500 people aged 35 and 55 who were analyzed by examiners for 25 years! At certain times the examinees were tested, and the tests were related to strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility.
After years of research, experts came to the conclusion: all those who were practicing had 10 years younger body than those who did not exercise, according to blood, fat and ECG analyzes. The risk of cardiovascular disease was exceptionally lower in athletes, and they also had faster metabolism. Best of all is that you do not have to spend a lot of time and effort to achieve such results. Only two hours of exercises on the body are enough to see the positive impact.
