12,800 People Have Discovered: 2 Simplest Changes To Lose Weight
If you are trying to lose weight, you probably focus on how often you eat, more than where and how you eat. But, according to the results of Ohio State University, the composition of meals is more important than how often you eat.
The link between food habits and the weakening of more than 12,800 respondents has been investigated at this university.
The results of the study showed that subjects who did not watch TV while eating had a 37% lower chance of being obese or getting fat, unlike those who watched television.
Furthermore, people who cook at home everyday have a 26% lower risk of gaining weight than those who eat outside.
This research suggests that the most important thing is to make two changes while eating to weaken. It is to stop watching TV, that is, to eat along with the whole family on a dining table and cook at home instead of ordering food or buying cooked somewhere outside.
