#1. Oat flakes are poured overnight in 5 tbsp. of cold boiled water (you can do it in the morning for 15-20 minutes).
#2. In the morning add 1 tablespoon of milk, 1 teaspoon of honey and 5 walnuts or hazelnuts. Mix everything.
#3. Chew everything very well. Do not eat or drink (neither tea nor coffee) for three hours. Only after 3 hours you can drink coffee.
